Installed a new barrel tile roof. We bought a 1986 home with a leaky, original tile roof. Landmark replaced the roof, adding a secondary water barrier system, replacing several rotted fascia boards; along with additional roof vents. They also replaced half a dozen rotten plywood sheets. We are very pleased with the quality of the work performed. Our only complaint was the workers were less than careful about protecting our landscaping and patio from falling roof debris and slow to pick up their mess. At our request the company sent one of their workers to clean up roof underpayment tar marks off the patio.

Initial inspection of area requested was completed and explained shown pictures. Upon request of the man doing inspection he went into attic and found another area to be repaired. Crew showed up on agreed date and time. Crew chief informed me of the crews presence. The worked neatly and professionally. They did a great job.

Remove and replace a complicated section of fascia, including prime coat and painting. Also detected and corrected a flaw in the roof flashing that caused the problem. Could not have gone better. They fixed the problem and the cause of the problem in an efficient and cost effective manner. They did such a wonderful job, It makes the rest of the fascia look bad.

Roof repair. Replaced 85 broken or cracked tiles. Repaired leak on right side of entry way. The RoofPro guys showed up as advised by their office and performed the service to the best extent possible. Super job. As far as we can see, one of the important aspects of contractor hiring/retaining exercise is consistency in contractor's handling the job from start to end. This appears to be a general issue with a most contractors - first call is usually handled with great care since the contractor wants to get a 5 star review from the employer, however, subsequent jobs are handled loosely. For instance the second call is either not answered promptly at all or the job done is inconsistent with contractors previous standards! In our case our second call was promptly acknowledged but answered/considered for scheduling purposes a month or more later. The contractor might've done good work to start with, however, how good was that to us in the end if we couldn't use it again and had to repeat the searching exercise.

Previously had roof repaired three months ago. Didn't work and wanted my money to perform repairs. We had some heavy rains and all looks good so far.

Repaired a leak. Replaced rotted wood, applied shingle underlayment, seal watertight, installed new shingles. I called Poof Pros on a Friday. They told me the earliest they could have someone give a estimate would be Tuesday. I told the I would not be available Tuesday or Wednesday so I was scheduled for Thursday morning at 9 am. Dominic showed up on time gave me a written estimate, explained what needed be done. They also gave me a 1 year warranty on workmanship. I asked when he could do the work, He called his office and told me Monday morning. Monday morning came and there was a knock on the door. They repaired the roof, cleaned up and hauled away all the old shingles and rotted wood. I would definitely use this company again and recommend this company to neighbors.

Re-coated the roof of our property in Jensen Beach, FL. They were very knowledgeable regarding insurance regulations. They mailed us a contract explaining the entire job. We mailed a check for 1/2 the price. Our Florida neighbor told us they showed up when we told them they were scheduled and the work was done correctly to the insurance company's standards.

Repaired two roof leaks. Replaced approx. 10 feet of rotted facia, replaced cracked roof tile, drip edge, etc. We initially received a quote from Roof Pro for roof repairs in June for previous leaks. However, we decided to go with a cheaper company. Big mistake! I contacted Roof Pro a second time because we were unhappy with the previous roof company. Roof Pro continued to be professional and thorough. Mike and Justin gave us the estimate. They flooded the roof and inspected the attic for leaks. They found 2 areas that were leaking. One area that had supposedly been fixed by another roofing company. My husband and I were so impressed that we called to schedule the repair the next day. They took pictures of the work the previous company did and we are now in the process of trying to get a refund. Mike and Justin's work was neat and thorough. They explained what they did and we highly recommend them!

Pressure cleaned metal roof, sand rusted area's, prime rusted area's, prime roof with metal primer and paint roof with metal paint finish. The owner, Dominick Agostino was very knowledgeable, very professional and responded to every email or call very quickly. The workers were professional and courteous. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The job took two and a half months to complete. Not as fast as I would have liked, but we did have some rain to contend with. I believe it could have been finished sooner. They may have been very busy. I did tell them I was more concerned in doing a good job than I was in doing a fast job, and they did a very good job. Good clean up also. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.
